Deposition & Trial Testimony
Forensic Interview Analysis & Peer Review
Review of records, forensic interviews, collateral materials, and consultation with counsel. Includes preparation of expert opinions and reports.
$250/hour; billed in 1-hour increments
Comprehensive review, assessment, and critique of recorded forensic interviews, including adherence to best practices and identification of potential bias or contamination.
$500 flat-rate fee/interview
Expert testimony in deposition and court proceedings.
$400/hour; 4 hour minimum
Billed in half-day or full-day increments
Independent Mental Health Evaluation (IMHE/IME)
Independent, trauma-informed mental health evaluations for court-involved, child welfare, and related matters. Services may include record review, clinical assessment, collateral consultation, and written reports.
$250/hour; billed in 1-hour increments; 3 hour minimum
Travel Time
Applies to travel for depositions, trial, related proceedings, or in-person consultation.
$200/hour; billed in 15 minute increments
A retainer is required prior to the initiation of services. A detailed fee schedule and retainer agreement are provided upon request.

Randi Spruill, LSCSW, LCSW, is a forensic interview specialist and licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in child abuse and trauma. Her work focuses on the independent review and analysis of forensic interviews, with emphasis on adherence to established protocols and trauma-informed recommendations for supporting children.
She provides expert consultation, clinical guidance, and testimony in complex litigation.
